We collect information you provide: name, email, contacts, individual or company, sole trader status, business name, activity, role, location and optional tax details. Work and turnover questions are optional and help understand project context. Enquiries may include objectives, features, integrations, timing, budget, hosting configurations and attachments.
A password is chosen after email verification and stored as a hash. Passwords are not saved in browser drafts. Commercial drafts are protected on the server and linked to the verified account; negotiation documents are separate from the public media library.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond, assess enquiries, prepare quotations and manage services: pre-contractual steps and contractual performance. Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests; administrative obligations on law. Optional tools require a separate choice.
Email verification does not automatically approve business access. NetForges reviews full access manually; optional turnover information does not determine automated acceptance decisions. Enquiry data is not used for unsolicited advertising campaigns.
Retention
Unsubmitted drafts are available for 30 days; email verification links expire after 24 hours and are single-use. Accounts and enquiries are retained as necessary for the relationship and required checks; contractual and administrative documents follow applicable retention obligations. Request account closure or deletion using the listed contacts, subject to ongoing enquiries and retention duties.
Access, security and recipients
Data is accessible to authorised NetForges personnel and technical providers required for hosting, email, maintenance and support according to their roles. We use HTTPS, access controls, customer data separation, backups and operation logs. Requested services such as domains or certified email may require further information and recipients, which are identified before activation.
External maps may communicate technical connection data to Google and are subject to its privacy notice. Any other international transfers will use applicable safeguards and be explained for the relevant service. Sending a quotation request does not provision provider services or register a domain.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection where applicable, and withdraw optional choices. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
