Hosting configurations produce an initial estimate with separate billing periods. “From” and “to be quoted” items are not final prices. Availability, domain, migration, management, support and conditions are reviewed during negotiation. An enquiry is not an order and does not activate services: the final quotation states scope, prices, timing, terms and acceptance.
Specifications, documents and responsibilities
Answers to specifications and approved documents form the project baseline. Do not upload materials without usage rights, credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. External signatures and communication channels are activated according to agreed conditions. Support, availability and infrastructure depend on the service agreement and are not automatically guaranteed for every plan.
Applicable law and disputes
Italian law applies. Where permitted, the contractual reference jurisdiction is Palmi; mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protections remain unaffected. The specific quotation and agreement govern each service.
