How we validate results

From expectations to acceptance criteria: making project value observable.

Method and qualityMethod and quality

Turn goals into criteria

“It should be simple” is a direction, but it is not enough to validate delivery. We define users, tasks and conditions: for example completing a workflow without duplicating data or making the information needed by a role visible. Criteria must make sense to both the commissioning team and the people using the software.

Validate at different levels

Technical tests, integration checks and user journey sessions answer different questions. We validate correctness, permissions, performance and behaviour when errors occur. Regular demonstrations make progress and problems visible.

Measure after release too

Real usage reveals aspects a prototype cannot show. Feedback and agreed indicators guide the next priorities. Confidence in results comes from transparent validation and continuous improvement rather than absolute promises.
